Pipers Way closure beyond a Joke

Pipers Way in SA1 has been closed for an excessive period. The Welsh Government are responsible for these footpaths. Sam remains in dialogue with the Welsh Government team responsible for SA1 about getting the path made safe and re-opened. Residents pay significant charges to Welsh Government to maintain the area, and the slow response and inaction is unnacceptable.
