Swansea Labour Council are seeking to redesignate the 3M site from commercial/industrial use, to residential. Howard Evans and your Swansea Lib Dem team are calling for the Council and Welsh Government to buy and decommission the site and market it for commercial use. We believe that Penllergaer needs to be a balanced community with good jobs as well as residential houses.
